Hello everyone, I am a 5′6′ and 150lb woman. I am looking to lose 20lbs, mostly belly and love handle fat. What is the best way to lose my belly and love handle fat? I have been jogging these past 2 days. I try to jog a mile each time but I get tired easily and start walking before I can jog again. I always seem to gasp for air. i admire what your doing. great commitment.
you need to do as much cardio exercise as possible, and eat small portions 3times a day. (like cereal, soup, sandwich). that means your not giving yourself any carbs (so avoid bread/pasta/avocados, and the usual biscuits and sweets). lean chicken is good though.
try doing situps in the morning, or even better jog before breakfast - thats when you burn the most off because your body is empty and you ahve digested your supper from the day before.
most importantly stick to it. do the exercise as often as possible. at first you’l do great but it gets harder to loose it after a month, so youl have to push harder to burn more fuel.

There isn’t a particular exercise you can do to target weigh-loss in that area. It doesn’t work that way. Start off walking daily, slowly increasing your pace (for couple of weeks). Then transition to running/jogging for 2 minutes, walking for 2. Continue alternating, increasing the amount of time you run/jog until you are able to do it for a longer period of time. Also, cut down on high calorie and fattening foods. You will start to see weight-loss all over, including your stomach area.
For maximum weight-loss potential, you should be exercising for at least 60 minutes, 3-6 days a week.

1) Eat less
2) Take regular vigorous exercise

I would go with short, high energy bursts instead of your mile jogs and dont train every day! Your body needs time to recover so it can more efficiently burn fat.
Quit using frustrating diet and exercise plans that only work a little at best and are agonizing to use. You know the TV show “The Biggest Loser” well check this out, this was the plan that two of the biggest “losers” on that show used, it obviously works quick. .

A healthy balanced, reduced calorie diet and daily vigorous exercise. Start of with a little exercise at first, then gradually increase. Swimming, running/jogging and Pilate’s are my favourites.
Start by reducing you calorie intake and try to exercise for at least 30 min a day. Do some crunches or some help from a personal trainer can help. Good luck!!
You can’t target fat loss. BUT I promise if you do curls you will have awsome abs! Or use the ab lounge at a YMCA.
