If companies realy wanted to save money the would take a hard look at this question before it started destroying the economy any more than they already have by laying off the people that buy thier products.
Most good movies are going to cost around $300 million to make. How does a company like Paramount, or Fox get that kind of money? I understand that they’d use money from past movies, but what if it is their first movie? Do they just go to a bank and ask if they can take out $300 million?
Tell me how i an get money from my apartment company for failing to fix my apartment. They have fixed somethings but i’ve had to call them several times and even when they show heya re atleast a month late.
This is not ok. They need to pay me for wasting my time and causing discomfort. How do i get money from them through the legal system?
I was running my business as a sole-proprietership for a few years then I set it up as an LLC. I transferred money to my LLC so it had money to work with. Now I’m trying to figure out my tax filings and I am stuck about what to do with this and get the balance sheets in order.

My father sued a company for not paying for products he sold them and won judgment against them. Even though the judge ordered the company to pay my father approximately $20K + interest (~$38K), the company has yet to pay up. What is the process for us to collect money that is rightfully owed to us? Our lawyer told us that we have to get bank account information and then go to the police to freeze the account and get the money that way. That just seems wrong to me. How are we supposed to get that information? Even if we find out, what happens if there isnt enough money in the account? What are our options? There has got to be a way to force them to pay us. Please advise.
